Method and sources
The generator fills fixed templates written for each role; nothing is generated by AI. Pay ranges for hygienists and assistants default to the BLS 25th to 75th percentile for the state you pick, or the national figure where the state has no full breakdown.
Pay transparency rules differ by state and city. Check what yours requires before you post.

Common questions
Should a dental job posting include pay?
+
Yes. Several states and cities require a pay range in job postings, and a stated range screens out candidates whose expectations you cannot meet before anyone spends time on an interview.
How many interview questions should I ask?
+
Eight to ten is enough for a 45-minute interview. Ask every candidate the same core questions so the scores are comparable.
How do I use the scorecard?
+
Each interviewer scores the five areas from 1 to 5 straight after the interview, before discussing the candidate. Compare totals, then talk about any area where two interviewers differ by two points or more.
