The short version
- What DDS Recruit is
- A dental recruiting team — a recruiting and employment agency working only in dentistry, for private practices and the groups they grow into.
- Service area
- The United States. Opportunities nationwide, concentrated in the suburbs and select metros, in private, PPO-based practices.
- Roles filled
- Associate dentists, In-house specialists, Hygienists, Office managers, C-level search, DSO expansion leads, Succession planning.
- Engagement model
- A nominal monthly search fee to open the search, plus a success fee owed when a placement sticks. Exact figures are quoted on the discovery call.
- Guarantee
- One year. If a placement leaves within the first year, DDS Recruit runs the search again at best effort, at no additional charge.
