Who, not how.

By Brian Passell, Ph.D. ·

Anyone with a consulting background — myself included — tends to reach for the same toolkit first.

Systems. SOPs. The right marketing. The right roles on the org chart.

All of it matters. But there's a reason Dan Sullivan's "Who Not How" resonates with so many owners.

The question that unlocks growth usually isn't how do I do this.
It's who can I put alongside me to do it.

The right person won't wave a magic wand. Everything won't suddenly be perfect.

But with the right people in place, two things change:
→ What you can accomplish gets much bigger
→ And it stops resting entirely on your shoulders

The plan you've been trying to execute alone might not need a better playbook. It might need a better "who."
